And here I was worried that I was the only one. But I guess that would have been selfish of me at the end of the day. I mean to act like I'm the only one in the world going through some thing right now. It's soooooo not me I tell you. But then i remember, yeah maybe it's not so bad to feel a certain way about problems cause lets face it, I am only human after all. [ Says Robocop ]
Clearly, a macho version of suggesting some one to bury their issues built around a thing of bravado and strength. Which at times can be effective but become nothing more then a timer on a toaster oven. I believe such tactics have limits when one is feeling defeated and worn out by problems potentially rendering it ineffective. Making things like mood swings become common until wondering why we are so mad all the time.
It seems the key is loosing site of the things that bother us in the first place. Which is usually stems from overlooking the issues in our lives by sweeping them under a rug all the time. Making balance the better option towards personal growth. Whether we are forced to cut back on the horrors of a daily news report or remembering that maybe we shouldn't be hanging with certain people who make us feel a certain way.
What ever it is has everything to do with self discovery. By learning what affects us in a negative and positive light. So even if we have no idea how take such an approach. The first thing to that path is realizing how little we know about ourselves in the first place. So get to work!
