If you do often then you could tell the significant difference from that emotion and the feeling of happiness. You see, happiness can come and go as it pleases but Grace gives one a sense of peace and solitude that is everlasting. It can even be contagious to others around us which is a form of energy that is both rare and mandatory for a sustainable life. I have noticed how much this is overlooked even though those who seek it often are alienated by the concept. Almost as if it’s something that is UN-achievable. People rather be distracted by personal problems instead of trying to find the grace to handle them more effectively.
Its human nature to want others to feel what we feel which can be a long spiral downhill. Especially when regret piles up on the emotions already being set into play. Consider the same people we used to make smile now being forced to deal with an unconscious level of backlash. It would be considered an understatement to say it was underwhelming. But managing this is not out of a person’s reach so long as the focus remains eminent.
But let’s face it takes a lot for someone to lose their Grace and if someone was responsible for contributing to that then maybe it’s best to take it up with them rather than taking things out on those around us. It's unfair to them and to allow anyone to take away what we spent most of our lives building up is for the most part, unfair.
If Grace was found once then it can be found again.
