It should look like this:
<link rel='alternate' 'application/rss+xml' title='RSS 2.0' href='http://yoursite.weebly.com/1/feed' />
If you are using the free version of Weebly just simply replace the "yoursite" in the code with the name of your site and paste it in the header of the SEO section of the settings area and click Publish.
This blog HTML code allows any blog to be found online especially when adding it to sites like Bloglovin. But without it writing on Weebly could end up being pointless in terms of SEO status. Outside of that when it comes to exposure there are a few more tips to consider.
A) When writing posts make sure they are 300 – 500 words long to be SEO friendly and reader friendly
B) Make sure to write every day for two weeks straight in order to help sky rocket the site to the top 5 pages of search engines.
C) The Metatags in a post usually involves key words that are in the title and body, so if the main word a writer wants to be used to find their posts is let’s say “Milk” then simply add that word to the blog post 3 or more times in order for the post to be SEO friendly.
After applying these methods to my own blog, I managed to boost it from being invisible online to being ranked on the 3rd page of Bing and the 5th page of Google. It took two weeks and will continue to rise if my site ends up out witting my competition in terms of who updates their site more frequently. There are still some SEO internal issues regarding metatagging content to match with the site which can be resolved by an expert for $5 online. This would only make it more sharp in terms of clean up and detailed specifics. Once I do that nothing could stop my site from being on the first page when the title name of my URL is randomly searched for.
Here is my current search engine results after a couple of weeks of making these changes below:
