Now on any given day this would have just been another normal observation but lately I have really been annoyed by the kind of movies being put out. Sometimes, I wonder if it's cause of my age and just seeing something making its way round again. After all, I have sat through 2 Spider Man franchise reboots and that can't be a good thing. Makes you wonder if this is just becoming the norm these days where Hollywood consists of nothing more then remakes and rehashes. With some titles that should never be touched cause they are for the most part, timeless art work.
So, I would assume a younger mind feeling this way would just branch out into something else. Which could be the major source of the problem between Hollywood not coinciding with the Netflix's of the world. I mean, already I have mentioned the issue with Super Hero Fatigue and my confusion with why Hollywood doesn't seek out original source material. Content they could put out so Blockbusters don't seem too one dimensional. But so far their answer for this has been going back into the vault and putting things out old ideas like Independence Day 2 and Ben Hur.
Which is sad because last I remembered there was a time when making Super Hero Movies was a risk.
